Terms

Plain words. Please read them before you buy.

Cueframe is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Serato. Serato and Serato DJ Pro are trademarks of their respective owners.

The trial

The trial is free. Each session lasts 20 minutes and shows a Cueframe watermark on the picture. You can start as many sessions as you like. The trial is how you decide whether Cueframe suits your Mac and your setup.

Buying

  • Cueframe is sold by Boothwaks. Payments are taken by Polar, our merchant of record. You buy from Polar; the licence to use Cueframe is given to you by us, under these terms.
  • The price is a one-time payment in US dollars, shown at checkout, with tax added where it applies. There is a launch price, then a higher list price. The launch price ends after the first 300 licences or 60 days from launch, whichever comes first.
  • Refunds: see the refund policy. In short, a 7-day guarantee if Cueframe does not work on your Mac and support could not fix it. Please use the trial first: there are no change-of-mind refunds.
  • If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights stay as they are. At checkout you confirm that the download starts at once and that your 14-day right to cancel a digital download ends when it is delivered.

Your licence

  • A licence is for personal use by one person, on one Mac.
  • A second Mac licence is half the current price.
  • Updates across every 1.x version are free. A later major version (2.0) may be a paid upgrade.
  • The app activates online with your licence key and a fingerprint of your Mac. After a successful check it works offline for 14 days. To move your licence to a new Mac, write to support@boothwaks.com.
  • Do not share your licence key or resell it.
  • You keep ownership of your own video, pictures and text. We do not claim any of it.

No warranty

Cueframe is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will never fail or suit your event. Please test your setup before a show. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost gigs, lost income or other indirect losses. This does not limit rights you cannot give up under the law where you live.

Other software

Cueframe works with Serato DJ Pro and was tested with Serato DJ Pro 5.0. It is independent software, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Serato. Serato and Serato DJ Pro are trademarks of their respective owners.
