Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no accounts. The site keeps the email you give the waitlist. The app checks your licence and, optionally, for updates.

Cueframe is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Serato. Serato and Serato DJ Pro are trademarks of their respective owners.

This website

The only thing we store is the email address you type into the waitlist form. It is used to tell you when buying opens.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no ads.
No third-party scripts, fonts or images load on this site. Everything comes from our own server.
Our host, Cloudflare, sees your IP address when you visit, as any web host does. We use it only to slow down abuse of the waitlist form.

The Cueframe app

The app never sends your video, your music or what is on your screens. It reads the picture from your DJ software on your own Mac and shows it on your own screens.

Update check: sends only the Cueframe version and the macOS version of your Mac.
Licence check: sends your licence key and a fingerprint of your Mac (a one-way hash of its hardware id, not the id itself). This happens when you activate and now and then afterwards. If your Mac is offline, Cueframe keeps working for 14 days after the last successful check.
No usage data and no crash reports are sent. Logs and diagnostics stay on your Mac unless you email them to us.

Buying

Polar is the merchant of record: it takes your payment and holds your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive what we need to deliver your licence and support you: your email address, your country for tax purposes, and the order.

Your email address

Stored in a private list on Cloudflare. It is not sold or shared.
To be removed, write to support@boothwaks.com and we will delete it.
