Try the free trial first. If you buy and Cueframe does not work on your Mac, and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.

Cueframe is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Serato. Serato and Serato DJ Pro are trademarks of their respective owners.

The 7-day guarantee

If Cueframe does not work on your Mac and support could not fix it, we refund the full price. Write to us within 7 days of buying.

We do not give refunds for a change of mind: the free trial is the full app, so you can find out before you buy.

How to ask

  1. Email support@boothwaks.com within 7 days of buying.
  2. Say the email address you paid with, which Mac and macOS version you use, and what goes wrong. The diagnostics file (Settings > Diagnostics) helps.
  3. We try to fix it first. If we cannot, we refund to the payment method you used, through Polar. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually a few days.

After a refund

The licence key is switched off and the app returns to the free trial. You do not need to uninstall it.

EU and UK buyers

Your statutory rights stay as they are. At checkout you confirm that the download starts at once and that your 14-day right to cancel a digital download ends when it is delivered.

If something is broken

If you were charged twice, or a licence key does not work, write to support@boothwaks.com. We will fix it first, or refund the extra charge.
